FieldCore is a custom SaaS platform built for complex law enforcement field training operations. The product centralizes recruit progress, reports, evaluations, tasks, signatures, user roles, and agency configuration inside one operational system.
The Challenge
The existing workflow was manual and operationally heavy, with training records spread across paper forms, spreadsheets, email, and disconnected processes. The platform needed centralized training management, multiple user roles, reporting, evaluations, signatures, recruit workflows, and room for large agency requirements.
